We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in exactly the same condition that you received the item, unused, and in its original packaging. It must not be opened, or any seals compromised. If it came in a sealed bag this too must not be opened. Any items returned that do not meet these requirements will be returned to you and postage costs may be claimed.
To start a return, Go to the request a return under the info column at the footer of any page or click here and input the required information, alternatively if this is not available you can contact us at info@removepests.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label if the product is damaged or faulty, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items being returned as no longer wanted, ordered in error or changed mind for example will need to be returned to us at your cost, the consumer. Both outgoing and return postage will be met by the consumers.
Items that are faulty, damaged or incorrect will be met by us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please ensure the carriers mark on their paperwork as damaged.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We can only accept returns if the item is unopened, in its original packaging, sealed if that’s how it was received and undamaged.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. All returns are checked for use such as traps and cages. When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
